Tattoo Plier – Type B

Overview

The Tattoo Plier Type B is a spring-loaded livestock tattoo plier for applying permanent ear tattoos to cattle, sheep, goats, pigs and other animals. Number or letter digits are loaded into the head and pressed into the ear, then tattoo ink is rubbed in to leave a clear mark that cannot be lost like a tag. The curved handles fit the hand comfortably, and the built-in return spring opens the jaws after each use, which speeds up work when many animals are processed. The stainless steel body has a satin finish that is easy to clean and disinfect between animals. Dentuf Instruments supplies tattoo pliers in bulk with digit sets available.
